I had a protein fire in my home that had caused severe smoke damage to my home. The reaction time after I reported the "protein fire" to my insurance company's claims adjuster was very quick and Service Master Fredericton sent a project mgr. and estimator immediately. The clean-up started within 2 hours of my initial call. The cleaners, painters and all others that were on the job were very professional and the quality of work was very good. The project manager (Geordie McLean) was easy to work with and very accessible... if I called he would call back immediately. He kept me informed of when work was being done and was always very considerate. The painters (Desmond) were very good as well. Service Master demonstrated excellent customer service and the work was very professional. They turned a very bad experience into a good one! Thanks so much and I would highly recommend Service Master for restoration services.

Your employees are very professional absolutely wonderful people! Fantastic workmanship. Sub contractor for the flooring did an amazing job. There is NEVER a good time for a flood. December 23rd, pushed my envelope. Within an hour someone was here! So thankful for Service Master!

They arrived within 30 minutes of receiving a phone call from the insurance company. First visit to clean much glass was fast and "10". Second visit to take old doors away was a little slow. We have now signed off. Thank you.

Kind, respectful, non-judgemental employees who genuinely seemed to care that I received the help I needed! I trusted everyone who came and went from my home. This was an extremely stressful and vulnerable time for me and I felt the one thing I could count on and trust was the Servicemaster employees.

What I like the most is that you hire the right people to the job !! Bobby Woods was the supervisor for Servicemaster on my job. From the very beginning he provided the best of service. He stayed in touch with me all the while the restoration on my property was being done. Please know that I was 5500 kms away from where the restoration was taking place. The entire job was done in a very timely manner. I asked for a few extra's, namely a new kitchen window and patio door to be installed. Bobby had his people pick up the items and they were installed that day. I received an itemized receipt for the bill as it was extra work over what the insurance company was paying for. This service was over and above what one would normally expect. Nothing, absolutely nothing went wrong during the construction. Bobby ensured every sub trade did their job the highest standard. I am 100% satisfied with the work provided and supervised by Servicemaster. I would recommend them to anyone to use Servicemaster for the restoration and disaster needs !! Thanks to Bobby Woods, the sub trades, especially Donny at One Stop Cupboards, and to Servicemaster. Excellent job !!!

- the workers were very polite and courteous, we were quite satisfied with the work when completed. The downside of the service was the length of time it took to complete project, I fully realize that there were multiple projects on the go which caused the delay. However, we relied a great deal on our insurance adjuster who was also very helpful in dealing with cost estimates relating to the project. ServiceMaster responded quickly to my concerns relating to the project. I expect my final invoice to arrive shortly.

Following flooding of our basement we received very prompt service. Everyone we dealt with was personable and knowledgeable. We were given helpful information about the logistics of the insurance claim process. We especially appreciated the time spent with us discussing options for renovations following the initial clean up. As they worked on the clean-up, moving furniture and removal of destroyed flooring the staff treated our home as carefully as if it were their own property. Although I hope we never have to use Service Master for another flood clean up, I would be very confident in using Service Master again.
